Register you ADR weapon system and accessories to find warranty details.

We strive for perfection.  However, there is always a slight chance we missed our mark.  If a product is defective or the workmanship is less than perfect, simply CONTACT US to return it.  ADR will refund, repair or replace the item.

If you wish to return an item that is perfect, unused and in it’s original packaging, you can do so.  However, there will be a 20% restocking fee. We cannot accept returns if the item does not include its original packaging.  Please CONTACT US us to obtain an RMA prior to shipping.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs of non-warranty related returns and exchanges. All serialized items returned to the customer are required to be received and signed for by someone 21-years of age or older.

If an item is in stock items, we make every effort to ship it within 2 business days.

We recommend that you consider purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items. Alpha Defense Research is not responsible for loss or damage incurred during shipment.
